These Terms govern the use of aivolt — an AI assistant on Telegram (bot @aivolt, site aivolt.tg, support @aivolt_supportbot) (the “Service”). The Service is operated by the aivolt team (“we”). By using the Service you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
The Service provides answers generated by artificial-intelligence models (including third-party providers) to your requests on Telegram — text, voice, photos, documents, links. It works in direct messages, groups, and guest mode (answering when mentioned as @aivolt). We may change, add, or discontinue individual features of the Service.
2. Age and eligibility
The Service is intended for persons 18 and older. By using the Service you confirm that you have reached the required age and have the legal capacity to accept these Terms.
3. Account and access
Access is via your Telegram account. You are responsible for actions taken under your account and for compliance with these Terms. If you act on behalf of another person or organization, you confirm that you have the authority to do so.
4. Permitted use
You may use the Service for personal and work purposes within applicable law, these Terms, and third-party providers’ rules (see §11).
5. Prohibited use
You must not use the Service to:
- violate the law or the rights of third parties, including intellectual property;
- create/distribute child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or other illegal content;
- facilitate violence, terrorism, instructions to cause harm or make weapons;
- promote suicide/self-harm, hate speech, harassment, discrimination;
- offer illegal goods/services, fraud, malware, hacking;
- violate privacy, collect third parties’ personal data, impersonate others, create misleading deepfakes;
- attempt to extract system instructions, secrets, keys, other users’ or infrastructure data, or bypass the Service’s security controls (including via prompt injection);
- automated mass access, scraping, spam, or reselling access or outputs without permission;
- train third-party models on the Service’s outputs without permission.
We may apply automated filtering and decline requests. A model’s answer may be refused in accordance with AI providers’ policies (§11) — this is not a Service malfunction.
6. Nature and limits of AI answers
Answers are generated automatically and may contain inaccuracies, errors, or incomplete information. You use answers at your own risk.
Answers are not professional advice — legal, medical, financial, tax, or otherwise — and do not replace a qualified specialist. Do not make significant decisions relying solely on the Service’s answers, and verify important information yourself.
Due to the nature of AI, different users may receive similar answers to similar requests.
7. Your content and rights
7.1. “Input” is what you send to the Service; “Output” is the Service’s answers; together — “Content”.
7.2. You are responsible for the legality of your Input and confirm that you hold the necessary rights to it.
7.3. As between you and the operator, rights to the Output belong to you — to the extent permitted by applicable law and third-party providers’ terms (§11). Third parties’ rights in protected works are not affected.
7.4. Processing of your Content to run the Service is described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Payments, credits, and subscriptions
8.1. Use of the Service is paid; there is no free unlimited mode. New users may receive a trial limit and/or a starting balance.
8.2. Balance (credits). Top-ups are available via Telegram Stars and, where available, bank card via a payment provider. Charges are based on the actual cost of a request plus a markup. The price of a Star and the final checkout amount are set by Telegram/the provider and may differ from our internal estimate (including due to platform fees).
8.3. Subscription. A monthly subscription with usage limits is available (within a rolling window and a monthly limit). A subscription is active for a limited term and is renewed by purchasing again; there is no auto-renewal (unless stated otherwise in the interface). When the limit is reached, access is restricted until reset/renewal.
8.4. Credits and subscriptions are non-transferable, not exchangeable for money, and tied to your account. If access is terminated for a breach of the Terms, unused balance/subscription is forfeited.
9. Refunds
The Service is a digital service provided at the moment a request is processed. Payments via Telegram Stars are, as a general rule, non-refundable; a refund may be granted at the operator’s discretion or where required by law. For card payments, the payment provider’s rules and applicable consumer-protection law apply.
10. Our intellectual property
The software, interfaces, texts, design, trademarks, and other materials of the Service belong to the operator or are used on a lawful basis. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for its purpose. You must not copy, decompile, circumvent protection, extract data by automated means, or sublicense the Service’s materials, except as expressly permitted by law.
11. Third-party services
The Service uses third-party providers (including Anthropic, OpenAI, Telegram, payment and other services — see the Privacy Policy). Their terms and policies also apply (including AI providers’ Usage Policies). We are not responsible for third-party services.
12. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without any warranties — including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted, error-free operation. Use of the Service and reliance on answers are at your own risk.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, or data loss, nor for decisions made based on the Service’s answers. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations — in that case they apply to the maximum extent permitted.
14. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify the operator for losses and expenses from third-party claims arising out of your use of the Service in violation of the law or these Terms.
15. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for a breach of the Terms, security risks, attempts to bypass restrictions, or to comply with the law.
16. Changes to the Terms
We may change these Terms. The current version and date are at the top of the document; for material changes we will notify in the bot and/or on the website. Continued use means acceptance of the changes.
17. Miscellaneous
The invalidity of any provision does not affect the others. The operator’s failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of it. These Terms constitute the entire agreement on the subject and supersede prior arrangements.
18. Pricing
Prices are in Russian roubles (RUB) and apply to bank-card payments. Payments are one-off; there is no automatic renewal.
