Privacy Policy — aivolt

Last updated: July 18, 2026 · Version 1.0

This Policy describes what data the aivolt service — an AI assistant on Telegram (bot @aivolt, site aivolt.tg, support @aivolt_supportbot) (the “Service”) — collects and how it processes it. By using the Service you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service.

1. Operator

The Service is operated by the aivolt team (“we”). For any data questions: @aivolt_supportbot · support@aivolt.tg · aivolt.tg.

2. Definitions

3. What data we process

3.1. Telegram identifiers (provided by Telegram when you contact the bot): user ID, username, first/last name (if set), language code, Telegram Premium flag, chat ID and type, group title.

3.2. Message content and attachments — what you send to the bot: text; voice messages (transcribed to text); photos; documents (PDF/txt, etc.); video. This content is sent to AI providers to generate the answer (see §6).

3.3. Content from links. If you send a link, the Service may fetch related content to answer: subtitles/audio of a YouTube video; text and media of posts from X (Twitter) and Instagram; web page content.

3.4. Conversation history. To keep context, the Service stores recent turns (yours and the bot’s), capped per chat. The AI provider additionally stores the session transcript on the processing server. History is cleared by /reset and /new.

3.5. Technical data: timestamps, interface language, session identifiers, request metadata, usage statistics. The Service does not collect or store IP addresses.

3.6. Payment data: the fact and amount of a top-up/subscription, transaction identifier, payment method, date and status, current balance. The Service does not receive or store bank card details — they are handled by the payment provider or Telegram.

3.7. Derived data: aggregated and de-identified statistics, metrics for product and advertising analytics (see §6).

4. Purposes of processing

5. Legal bases

Processing is based on applicable data-protection law: the user’s consent; performance of a contract (providing the Service); the operator’s legitimate interests (security, service improvement); legal requirements. Consent is given on first use of the Service.

6. Sharing with third parties

We share the minimum data necessary with contractors without whom the Service cannot function. We do not sell personal data.

The exact set of contractors depends on the Service’s active configuration.

7. Cross-border transfer

To run AI features, data is transferred, among others, to the USA (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, RapidAPI) and other jurisdictions. Some of them may not provide a level of data protection equivalent to your country’s requirements. The transfer is necessary to provide the Service and is done with your consent. If you do not consent to such transfer, do not use the Service.

8. Retention

9. Security

We apply reasonable organizational and technical measures: traffic encryption (HTTPS/TLS), restricted access to servers and databases, environment isolation, backups, least-privilege access. Bot secrets are removed from the processing environment so untrusted input cannot extract them. Absolute protection cannot be guaranteed.

10. Your rights

Response time to requests — up to 30 days.

11. Minors

The Service is not intended for persons under 18. If we learn that data was provided by a minor without a legal guardian’s consent, we will delete it within a reasonable time.

12. Cookies and the website

The @aivolt bot does not use cookies. The aivolt.tg website uses technical cookies and web-analytics (Yandex Metrica, PostHog) to measure traffic and ad effectiveness in de-identified form. You can disable cookies in your browser settings.

13. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy. For material changes we will notify in the bot and/or on the website and, if needed, request renewed consent. The current version and date are at the top of the document.
